ISO 9001 STANDARD
In 1998, through APCER, we received certification under the NP EN ISO 9002:1995 standard. In 2002, we transitioned our Quality Management System to the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standard and in December 2008 we moved to the 9001:2008 Quality Standard version.
We are currently certified to Standard NP EN ISO 9001:2015.
Estamparia Ralope is celebrating 25 years of Quality Certification, having been the first Estamparia in Portugal to obtain this certification.
The Certificate is a differentiating factor for the company, generating simultaneous internal and external trust. Committed to the continuous improvement of its processes, Ralope invests annually in a professional training plan for all employees.
The Quality Management System is based mainly on the following aspects:
In November 2018 we will acquire our GOTS Certificate. The scope of certification under the GOTS Standard will be the printing of pastes and dyes on duly approved and certified parts, as well as all the processes involved in working with organic products.
OCS and RCS CERTIFICATIONAt the beginning of 2020, we acquired two more important certifications for more sustainable production: Organic Content Standard (OCS) and Recycled Claim Standard (RCS).
COMPLIANCE WITH THE REACH STANDARD AND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
After several years of OKO-TEX certification, Estamparia Ralope, S.A. concluded that there was no reason to renew it, as renewal alone is no guarantee of continued compliance with the specifications in production.
Ralope therefore adopted a form of control in the production phase.
We periodically send samples to external laboratories to check that the specifications are being met.
Ralope principle is to select certified raw materials that comply with REACH and other European standards.
In this way, we fulfill the very strict specifications of the main national and international brands.
This is the way that Ralope considers to be best suited to the reality of the market and which best meets the needs of customers, always guaranteeing the quality standards that are widely recognized by the market.
