With the expanding global economy, companies are beginning to become aware that sustainable development is critical to future business success and can not continue to be a separation between economic and social fields.

   Hence, many companies have begun to develop policies and practices that promote gender equality and reconciling work and family life.

   Against this backdrop comes the relevance of projects such as the Equality Project Innovate with, sponsored by the IGC (Commission for Gender Equality), whose main objective is to implement plans for Gender Equality and Opportunity in business and raise awareness of the synergistic effects of a management responsible for gender issues, in person, in the company and society in general.

   It is vital to adopt policies that encourage entrepreneurial behavior of "social responsibility"and "corporate citizenship ".

   In this context, this company is to participate in this project demonstrates a clear concern in terms of managing this issue.
