ISO 9001:2008
The Ralope obtained their certification by NP EN ISO 9002:1995 in 1998 APCER in 2002 made the transition of its Quality Management System for the NP EN ISO 9001:2000 and in December 2008, transitioned to the new Quality Standard 9001:2008, currently certified as NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.
Estamparia Ralope celebrates 25 years of Quality Certification, being the first Stamping to the piece to obtain this Certification in Portugal.
The Certificate is a factor differentiating the company, for non-certified competitors, generating simultaneously external and internal confidence. Committed to continuously improve their processes Ralope bet annually in a plan of training for all / the / contributors will.
The Quality Management System is based primarily on the following aspects:

GOTS CERTIFICATION
In November 2018 we acquired our GOTS Certificate, being the scope of Certification by the GOTS Standard will be printing pastes and dyes on properly approved and certified fabrics, as well as all the surrounding processes for the realization of a work with organic products.
OCS and RCS CERTIFICATION
In the beginning of 2020, we acquired two more important certifications in the scope of a more sustainable production, Organic Content Standard (OCS) and Recycled Claim Standard (RCS).

MANAGEMNT POLICY
COMPLIANCE WITH THE REACH REGULATION
After several years of OKO-TEX certification, Estamparia Ralope, S.A. concluded that there were no reasons to renew it, because the renewal by itself is not a guarantee of the continuous accomplishment of the specifications in the productions.
So, Ralope adopted a form of control in the production phase.
Periodically we send to external laboratories samples to check if the specifications are being followed.
Ralope has as principle the selection of certified raw material that complies with REACH European standards and others.
This way, we comply with very strict specifications from major national and international brands.
This is the way Ralope considered more adjusted to the market realities and that better satisfy the customers needs, always guaranteeing the quality standards widely recognized by the market.
